Oh, and I'm also a writer

I am primarily a storyteller. I've written two books, twenty-two short stories, twelve screenplays, nineteen documentary films, two plays, and hundreds of commercials.

I've written award-winning campaigns in nearly every enterprise category: Health and Fitness (Nike, USA Olympics, Beachbody, Copper Fit, United Healthcare), Beauty (Calgon, IT Cosmetics, Bare Minerals), Housewares (Black & Decker, Power Pressure Cooker, FoodSaver, Pella Windows), Finance (Transamerica, E*Trade, MasterCard), Travel (Princess Cruises, Viking River Cruises), Entertainment (Disney, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Time Life Music), Technology (LifeLock, Carbonite, Symantec) and Automotive (Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge). I am equally adept writing for massive brands (Audible, 3M, Allstate, Johnsonville Sausage, Pepsi, ESPN) as I am for emerging startups (Reaction Commerce, HappyHQ, Spot Runner).

It's clear that AI is the one of the most significant shifts of our lifetime. I believe that the companies building it need voices that bring genuine human experience to what they're saying, or the gap between the technology and the people it's meant to serve will keep widening. I want to help close that gap, in every campaign, solutions page, and white paper.

Words and stories matter now more than ever. I'm good at marketing because I'm a storyteller at heart.

I created the site, Welcome to Anthropic, as part of applying to the Copy Lead, Enterprise role at Anthropic. It's a story inspired by the show, "Welcome to Wrexham."
